Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We handle refunds on a case by case basis! We appreciate your understanding on this and would be more than happy to work with you on exchanging an item!

Exchanges will need to be done within 30 days of receiving the item. The buyer is required to cover the cost of postage. If you would like to request an exchange, please shoot our Customer Service an e-mail at sanholo@absolutemerch.com and we’ll get back to you within 1-3 business days.
Please note if an item has been washed or worn it is not eligible for an exchange.
